No hot water, so Carlos was sent to diagnose the problem. Right off the bat, I was impressed with his knowledge about installation and city codes, explained in detail the work included. Answered my questions about the different water heater system available and advantages, etc. I thought he was transparent about the problem and pricing. We had another estimate which was slightly higher, and willing to match the price, but decided to go with Plumbing and Rooter service because they were recommended, presented with knowledge and transparency. And, we are very satisfied with the service and we’ll hire them again!
This is my second time using this company. During the wee hours of the morning, our water heater was making a horrible noise and was leaking. I called Plumbing & Rooter Service around 6am and Antonio dispatched a plumber (Joshua) plus a helper who arrived around 9am. Joshua gave me a clear explanation and estimate, then proceeded efficiently to replace the water heater. Joshua also alerted me to a leaking valve, so I asked him to replace that as well. They gave me a discount on the valve replacement, which was much appreciated. All the work was done before 12 noon.
I've used Plumbing & Rooter Service twice now, and they've impressed me both times. From the first call, communication was clear and responsive - they kept me informed every step of the way. Both times they were able to get the work done the same day, which made a huge difference. Pricing was fair and transparent, no surprises. I'll absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
