I wanted to share a most disappointing and embarrassing experience I had today, February, 23rd, 2024 at the Pacific Eye Specialists clinic at the Seton Medical Offices in Daly City located at 1850 Sullivan, Daly City.I came to this clinic for an eye exam appointment set up for me by my primary doctor. I arrived on time at 10:10AM and went up to the reception to check in. After pleasantries I announced I had an appointment with Alex Onishi,MD. This is where it all got ugly. The woman who assists clients with eyewear selection and ordering is borderline rude. She exhibits a perfunctory attitude as if one is impinging upon her precious time. Considering the significant cost of eyewear, it would not be asking much for common courtesy, attentiveness and positivity. We live in a society where respectful client/customer service is seldom provided. This is the disheartening reality of our age. In future, I will obtain my eyewear at another site.
