This was my first and likely last visit. I'm giving 3 stars purely for their effort and friendliness. I had scheduled an appointment for two mani/pedis, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.

The visit took a little over 2 hours, with 30–45 minutes spent waiting — likely due to customer-to-staff ratio. Once we were finally serviced, everything felt rushed, which may have contributed to the injuries I received during my hard gel set. Unfortunately, I ended up with cuts on about half of my fingers, one of which was particularly bad (as shown in the photos). Although I had to wait a bit, the service overall was amazing. The nail tech was very kind and knowledgeable. I wanted a light pink and the one I chose was too sheer and my nail tech picked my pink out for me and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. She was very quick and courteous.

Needed dip removal and was able to drop in right after I called. I was in and out in about an hour. The team there hustles, but in the hustle they still have great attention to detail for their guests and cleanliness. I had all 3 of the workers assisting me at different stages and hand offs were clean and no info missed between. Super efficient and friendly.
