I don't like the fact that they lock the door behind you once you're inside. What if there's a fire? I gave the guy 3 keys to make copies of assuming he would keep everything separate. Nope. Turns out he made extra copies for key#2 & none for key#3. And make sure you bring cash if you go there. They don't accept plastic (debit or credit cards).
I asked DC lock to help some tenants out when their two locks and gate were damaged at 7pm. Luckily for me they have emergency lock service and a fully stocked truck. They were able to go to their store and bring over the replacement gate strikes that were also destroyed. Mike and Jay both locksmiths came over in 45 minutes. They arrived at 10:30pm and finished in an hour. With so many break ins in the city from kicked in doors, pry bar attacks, a locksmith maybe booked out for a couple of days. It was worth the extra service charges to have the tenants property secured. They also had to bend the gate back in different locations to make it straight to correct the damage... read full review
I went in to have some key copies made. They are cash only, Not a problem i walked down to Walgreens got cash back & went back. I was still short but the gentleman helping me was very nice & was able to let me slide. No one does that now a days. Thank you for your experience & customer service! They have tons of products from cool keys to lanyards & different door knobs.
