Over the past several years I've had a few issues with our computers and Neil has always been there to help me deal with those problems. The other thing I admire about Neil is that he is very responsive. I can text or call him and he always responds right away. If it is urgent he will take care of it right away. I cannot think of anyone else I could rely on that way!

I had an issue with my gaming laptop when attempting a BIOS update, so I reached out for help. Neil was very responsive, and we were able to set up a meet the next day. He also identified an issue with my hard drive that I have had for about a year and helped set me up with a new one. Excellent service!
