“I wish I could give 10 stars. I recently replaced my roof, using Mike Killeen Quality Roofing. Either he or Michael were on site each day for at least part of the day. The workers showed up on time, left on time, and cleaned up. Mike stayed in constant communication, made a couple recommendations, and listened to my requests. He was also accommodating to my schedule. The project took the scheduled amount of time, without cutting any corners. I have the greatest respect for family-owned business that deliver excellent customer service as well as technical/construction service and am grateful for their commitment to their customers. We had a few roofers inspect our flat roof. Trent was the only one who clearly had experience working on our kind of home before, and he was the only one to notice and call out problems with our pitched roof. The company is honest and give fair price. While doing the work, they noticed a couple other issues and took care of it free of charge since we were already paying for the day. When we need a new roof, I’m calling this company. We also got on the schedule right away to meet our construction deadlines.“

“I was very impressed by the professional approach to estimating and installing a replacement low slope hot tar roof on my home in Mission Viejo. I contacted Chris Hurtado about four years prior after wind lifted by existing roof. At that time, I got three bids and while Superior was not the lowest price, they impressed me with their attention to detail and straightforward way of dealing with me.

Superior did the tear off at that time and then we paused the job because of some other work I wanted to fix, mainly extensive termite damage to the soffits, facia and some rafters. Four years later, I contacted Superior to re-estimate the job. I worked with Bernard Khraich and Chris to update the pricing and while there was a modest increase due to inflation, the pricing was still quite reasonable.

Once we came to an agreement, they scheduled the job for a few weeks later. Bernard worked with Gio, the crew leader to handle some somewhat unusual site conditions. The hot tar roof was installed and came out looking very clean with a lot of attention to detail that will make this roof last a long time. They left the job site clean.

“Luis Mendoza Roofing (LMR) put a new MCA “S” clay tile roof on our two-story house. Anthony had done other reroofs in our neighborhood and nearby. We had the solar panels removed, then LMR striped the roof down to the plywood (even replacing a few failed plywood sheets). Then he applied a peel and stick fireproof underlayment before installing the new tiles. His crew worked hard through some of the hottest summer days. Anthony supplied a porta-potty and some areas were covered for protection while work was being done. Anthony was onsite many times a day. “I am writing this review for the awesome people that I have experienced with in Ameco. there are a lot of people in the company but Kasey, Melissa, and Eric really made my whole experience a lot smoother. The whole process did take a while but that is mainly due to 1) so cal Edison waiting to get the PTO and 2) from the influx of all the orders for solar install due to the end of federal tax credit. I admit that due to the waiting period I was getting very irritated. Imagine spending all these money on the system to try to save energy cost but ended not being able to use it for almost 6month. But Kasey, Melissa, and Eric made the whole experience a lot more pleasant. Kasey did a wonderful answering all my question during my estimate phase but not only that she still able to help me afterwards even though it wasn’t her department. “I had a great experience with KLC roofing. We had a complicated roof leak and our previous roofer dropped the ball and messed up the repair. So I called a few other roofers to come and bid on the project. Kenny Jr came out and quickly detected the issue and gave me a detailed project plan. I decided to go with KLC mostly because I found Kenny to be very reliable and knowledgeable. Him and his team worked with me through this complicated project that involved some wood repair by them, re-stuccoing by my contractor, and them coming back to finish and seal the roof. I had a lot of anxiety about the project but Kenny's diligence amd collaborative spirit made it all go so smoothly. The office (Elsa) is also great and very flexible, making sure that the project works well with my schedule.

After the repair was done, we did some water test, but saw some water inside. Kenny came back to inspect and found that its not the roof leaking, but the chimney wall, which he fixed right then and there. We water tested again and no leak :)

I have worked with a lot of contractors, but KLC is definitely top tier in terms of reliability, attention to details, flexibility, and diligence. I wish everyone was like them, but unfortunately thats far from truth.
