I have received unsurpassed care at this urgent care and PCP office. Doctors here truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure they feel taken care of. I temporarily switched to UCI Health System thinking a teaching hospital would be better equipped to deal with some complicated health challenges, but UCI they left me with zero faith in the healthcare system. The doctors at this MemorialCare location are much more knowledgable in comparison and helped me big time before I was set to leave the country. Physicians Assistant is better than my doctors at Anaheim Memorial Care. Vy Kieu is very personable, and her staff. is very helpful. They took blood, urine, xrays and other tests there. I ride a scooter and I am barely able to walk. They were all very nice and friendly to me. I recommend this Cypress Memorial Care Location. They have Urgent Care there also.

Dr. Thompson is the best! I took my neighbor to an appointment when her husband was out of town because she wasn’t feeling well. He was very kind and caring and took his time. He didn’t mind that I was with her and let me stay in the room after she gave permission. I wish I could have him as my doctor.
