Hafa Adai! I will never forget this dental visit. Forever grateful to Dr. John Kim. I am from the beautiful island of Guam and was visiting my sister in Cypress, California. During the trip my molar filling came out. The pain was unbearable and I didn't know how the rest of my vacation would end up. Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable office! The staff were very professional and accommodating. Vic was a fantastic hygienist and Dr. Charles Kim was very kind. I have major doctor office anxiety and I’ve had bad experiences with being pressured into treatments, but everyone at this office made the experience fast and pleasant.
Had a great experience with Dr Kim. Was advised by a colleague to come to this office, and I’m glad I did. First impression was that this place was so clean and modern! Parking was easy.
Everyone was really welcoming and friendly, and Dr kim showed a lot of empathy and kindness when giving me instructions and examining me. Didn’t rush me during the visit, which is really important when I have questions for my dentist.
Made me feel comfortable and easy to make appointments, so I know I’ll be coming back.
