Top Roofing says it in their name and they do Top Quality work. The owner is friendly and personable, and is also a General Contractor, which is a big plus. Out of five roofing companies, Top Roofing rose to the top. The owner spent the most amount of time getting all of the information pertaining to the roof and what needed to be done, and was the only one who actually went up on the roof to inspect it up close. The owner was very detailed, including flying a drone above the roof to get pictures and video. The owner was also incredibly helpful with other things, taking the time to advise or assist.
All of the workers were very respectful and hardworking throughout the project. Top Roofing was able to fit into the schedule and complete the repair and replacement in a timely manner. The owner was very good in keeping customers informed of any changes as well as the status of the project, and was available either on site or by text, responding very quickly. They explained everything clearly, provided reasonable pricing, and completed the work on time with great quality. Honesty and attention to detail were really appreciated. Highly recommend Top Roofing to anyone looking for reliable roofing services. Very professional and well organized. The job of the entire roof removal, necessary deck and eves repairs and installation was completed on schedule and on agreed cost in 4 days. The owner supervised personally the entire process and was present daily at the site to address any unexpected issues. The site was perfectly cleaned every day at the completion of the work day and at the end, the only thing left behind was the new and beautiful, perfectly installed new roof. Highly recommend this company. A really satisfying experience with the inspection. The owner was very detailed and explained everything patiently.
