Jithender and Sameer of the SunVault team installed a 5.6 kw system on my roof. It was a terrific experience. I am in the solar industry and I know the landscape well. Therefore I categorize myself as a "picky" customer. What really makes the SunVault team stand out is their knowledge, passion, and customer service. Starting from the very beginning, Jithender was on top of everything. He went through all the design details with me. We discussed the specific brand of BOM's and he managed the logistics flawlessly. It turned out that we have to upgrade our main electrical panel to accommodate the solar systems. Typically upgrading the main electrical panel itself is a big project. Jithender and Sameer spent numerous hours discussing the design options, and came up with the best option that fits our future needs and grid capability. During the mechanical installation process, they work with the roofing professional as their contractor, to make sure the roof is being taken care of during and after solar panel installation. During the whole process, Jithender was always available to support. He provided the best customer service that I can think of. I highly recommend installing your solar system with the SunVault team!

Loved working with sameer and his crew. They were able to beat all the quotes I had received from multiple vendors including tesla. Him and his crew were professional and wore masks while working outdoors on the roof. Took some awesome pictures after the installation from the roof during sunset as well. Dealt with city inspection on their own and we were able to get the permit and all without any issues. GO sunvault!

I had been wanting to go solar for more than a year, and around late November of last year, Sunvault (Jithender) contacted me. Jithender made me aware of the huge return on investment with solar for my house. Having heard good things about Sunvault, I decided to go ahead. In the end, it was mind boggling to think that the entire work (including design, permitting, installation and coordination of interconnection with PG&E) was done in just three weeks. No wonder that Jithender and his partner were on-site throughout the day during installation, paying attention to details and generally making sure everything is done right and on time. At this time, I am very happy with my solar panels and the energy it is producing. I am deeply appreciative of the huge effort expended by Sunvault to ensure I got full tax credits and for delivering a quality product. I wish them all the best and I whole heartedly recommend them for your solar installation. The icing on the cake is that the installation comes with a mobile app that lets me monitor solar energy production in real time - don't skimp on this as it's more than worth the cost.
