Been reading some of the reviews. Insurance companies are pretty tight with massage and acupuncture so before you go for a massage / acupuncture check in with your insurance company and find out if they cover therapeutic massage and acupuncture. I go to Sunshine only occassionally but my sessions with Dr. Zhang have been very good and professional. Her current massage therapist is, say, good, but doesn't speak english well and mostly works on the back and back of legs - so you may have to be conscientious if you want her to work on the frontal body. I tried this place because of a coworker's recommendation plus it is really close to my house. I feel I was so lucky to find this place! Dr. Zhang is very helpful, she treated my heel pain with messages and the condition improved just after a couple of times. One thing I loved about her is that upfront she would not boast that her treatments will solve your problems but she would adjust her treatments as we moved along and I see that she does. I always enjoyed our conversations and visiting her clinic has become a really enjoyable trip for me. Dr. Zhang's treatment on my neck and shoulder pain is AMAZING! I was heavily using computer these days, and one night I woke up at 3AM found I couldn't move my head and my right shoulder and arm. I struggled on my bed for two hours but couldn't get up. Finally I asked my husband to help me sit up. My neck and shoulder really hurt A LOT. My head had to be tilted 45 degrees otherwise it hurt more. I called Dr. Zhang but she didn't have any open appointment that day, but she was very nice telling me what I can do to make myself better.
