About Pet Ear Care Center
The Pet Ear Care Center, also known as Warm Springs Vet or Warm Springs Pet Hospital, is a veterinary practice that provides exceptional surgical and routine care for cats and dogs. The hospital specializes in cost-effective orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, including stenotic nare procedures for cats and TPLO and TTT surgeries for dogs. Clients consistently praise the team for being compassionate, communicative, transparent, and professional. A major highlight is the upfront cost transparency, with clear quotes provided and no surprise fees, which is frequently contrasted with higher estimates from other clinics. The surgical work receives outstanding reviews, with pets recovering well and surgical sites appearing very clean and expertly done. The staff is described as friendly, attentive, kind, responsive, and incredibly supportive, showing genuine care for the animals. They are also noted for being motivated and successful in handling reactive or strong pets with patience to avoid extra sedation. The service includes thorough after-care, with detailed printed instructions and necessary medications often included. The team also provides follow-up calls to check on recovery. For these reasons, many clients drive long distances and highly recommend the hospital for both major procedures and routine care like teeth cleaning, considering it a great and reassuring experience.
I brought my 2-year old Persian cat to this place for stenotic nare surgery (his nose job I've been calling it). Not only is this one of the few places in the Bay Area that offer a cost-effective stenotic nare surgery (it was ~$2.5k and for the record VCA quoted me >$5k) but they did SUCH an excellent job and took care of my cat so well. AND HE BREATHES SO GOOD NOW! They gave me a variety of medication to bring home (pain relievers, anti-inflammatory meds, and antibiotics) that was included in the cost and they even called after to check up on the cat. I honestly would recommend this hospital to everyone needing the same surgery done on their cat. Mr Grumpy is doing great...read full review
Very pleased withWarm Springs Vet.
1st of all they gave me a quote for a surgical procedure my dog needed via internet/phone. The other vets said it be 250 for visit, and then they'd let me know the price once we came in.
I chose Warm Springs because they were upfront about the price .
2nd reason is the techs there were very motivated to helping hold my reactive 60lb pitmix trying to avoid more sedation / extra expense/ more time waiting.. Today techs ALEX and BECKY WENT ALL OUT TO REMOVE MY DOGS SUTURES EVEN THOUGH HE WAS TOSSING ALL ABOUT.
And they succeeded, working every imaginable idea. All sutures were finally removed!!! I was prepared for extra...read full review
Whether your dog needs orthopedic surgery or routine veterinary care, I highly recommend Warm Springs Pet Hospital. The team is compassionate, communicative, and transparent, and they provided exceptional care during a very stressful time.
From start to finish, the entire staff was kind, responsive, and incredibly supportive. The front desk team was always friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
Natalie was Everest’s nurse on the day of his surgery and again when we returned, and she was wonderful — kind, empathetic, and very responsive throughout the process.
Dr. Chen thoroughly explained Everest’s lab results, discussed areas...read full review
