I try not to actually go inside banks these days, but given that my purse was stolen yesterday I needed to do so to get some cash. I was met by an individual who identified himself is Brian Pham he also told me that he manages the bank There were people in there being seen by financial advisors, but I was told I could not get cash. They had no tellers working. What is the point of having your money in a bank in an institution that doesn't have people to do the teller position? Apparently this branch can LOAN you money but not give you your own money. Maybe Brian should not be the face of this bank

Came in to cash a check and I can't believe how long they made me wait. They said they had to call and verify the check. How long does that take? Literally had me waiting like 45 mins to cash a check. The whole time they make you feel like you did something wrong. I can't stand Bank of America and their staff. On top of that they charge you to cash your check. Used to charge $5 now they charge $8. What a bunch of crooks. Why would anyone want to bank with such a business as them. Don't recommend this branch or this bank to anyone. Stay away

So ghetto. I'm not even kidding. The banking agent that helped us 1) didn't speak very good English 2) wasn't versed on BofA policy, quoting us incorrect conditions until her manager came and corrected her misstatements 3) didn't have a functional computer monitor that wasn't held together by tape (it lost power every time she turned it so that we'd be able to see the screen) Screw this Area where it's impossible to get service in English South or East of Los Altos. In banks, even. I DGAF. I'm moving to the Midwest. I was born here, but know when it's time to move on.
