Wei helped me do a haircut and it’s pretty nice. He listened to my request and explained to me how to maintain the hair style when I’m back at home. He also showed me how to blow my hair so it’s less frizzy. He’s also thoughtful-he took off his jacket after smoking.
Overall, the whole experience felt comfortable and stress-free. Rain did a great job on my hair. He was patient, easy to communicate with, and took the time to recommend a style and color that worked well with my hair type. I also appreciated that there was no extra upselling.
