Nancy has got to be the worst CPA in the area. I trusted her after my real estate agent referred me to her services and I needed help in a hurry. Unclear communication, vague horrible service and legal threats is all you are going to get from her. On top of that, she refuses request to meet in person and her English is so broken (supposedly after 20 years of being a CPA) it is nearly impossible to understand what she says. Hope you read this review and STAY AWAY! Literally anybody else should be better.
