First time experience using Curbee as one of Tire Rack's trusted installers after going to Costco and America's Tire for years.Communication is pretty good. They text me to schedule the service once they received my Tire Rack order. On the day of, the tire install team was running a bit late but gave me a heads up via text. No big deal since I was working from home.Convenient. They come to me when I'm at home. Saves me time and effort from having to drive to a shop and wait.Customer service seems pretty good. Updated Review: Curbee reached out to me immediately after my review to understand what went wrong in the initial wash. Offered re-wash service and wanted to make it right this time. Shawn & his crew were kind enough to understand my concerns and did a good job in addressing them.
