I love everything about Cupertino Village Optometry. From their Covid protocols (limiting capacity, wiping down all frames after each try, scheduling appointments, etc.) to the selections of glasses. It's a beautiful, upscale store with great, exclusive designer brands but also a variety of budgeted selections. I was being seen promptly by Dr. Ma and she was so professional in getting my eyes checked as well as reviewing my history; she did the same for my two sons without feeling the rush to get their examinations done. Such a wonderful customer service when I just required a screw fixed, that had fallen off my sun glasses rendering them useless .She took the time to fix my Gucci sunglasses almost spending 15 mins and also tightened screws of my partners ray bans .Charged 2 dollars !
