Very horrible customer service. The woman that answers the phone needs to be fired. Abviously has no customer service. That woman is going to ruin that comapny for profits. Get your stuff together. Theres people wanting to pay off things and they get her, theres no wonder the reviews are 1.5.

The person that called me was very rude and unprofessional. And even custom out and gave me a really big attitude. Very inappropriate unprofessional and immature. And to top it off the person she called for wasn't even my name. Total harassment if you ask me. She even called me back 3 times

Ghetto. BMO gave me their number when I went in to see how to contact BOW. Called the number rude girl answers tells me I have a debt umm no I don’t and her kid was screaming in the background. Trash ghetto and super ineffective
