My VW Tiguan had been having some issues over the recent weeks - tire light, engine light, etc that I had been putting off. Finally, I was driving to work yesterday when my EPC light started flashing and my car started rattling when accelerating.There was no VW dealership nearby, but I saw that Rafi Autotech specialized in German cars and gave them a call.

From the very start, they were extremely helpful and receptive to my concerns. When I arrived, they were already prepared to receive my car and even ordered an uber for me to get to work on time! My wife and I have been taking our BMW to Rafi for the past 10 years. The workmanship has been nothing less than exceptional. He's technicians are highly skilled and the repairs are done right the first time. Rafi (owner) takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. He shares photos so you can also see what is being discussed. He is the best in Culver City and Southern California. If you drive a German car, Rafi Autotech is without a doubt the place to go. Rafi is a one of kind, went to him but my I thought i needed a new Catalyst Converter but Rafi looked into the matter in a timely manner and saved me a fortune and got my car to pass smog. He even covered my car rental fee for the day. Honest and reliable mechanics are hard to find, Rafi is a cut above.
