We hired New Cali Construction after looking at several bids -- some that were replete with ripp-off clauses that we wouldn't go for -- including our own insurance company's contractor's bid. We had a major water leak in our laundry room/guest bath room that caused damage in that room as well as the ceiling and walls in the living room area down below.Caesar, the project manager, is very nice and professional. Had a good feeling about him when we met and I was right.Work started October 5th and workers came every day until completion on October 25th. There were no no-show days. We were looking to remodel our master bathroom, and were referred to New Cali by a friend. Our experience remodeling our guest bathroom a year prior had been a rough experience, and we were not totally pleased with the result -- so we were dubious going into this project. New Cali met and exceeded all expectations. After submitting a request for a quote online, Asaf contacted me with a detailed quote same day and was already asking thoughtful questions that we hadn't thought about ourselves (we are construction novices). Very easy to work with and was so helpful during a rather surprising and unexpected situation with our home. Cesar especially was so kind and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease as he was so knowledgeable. And Asaf as well really went the extra mile for us in answering all of our many questions. Very, very grateful!
