I was supposed to have my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Ramirez today at 9:00 am.
I got to the center 15 minutes earlier as requested. The secretary told me she hasn’t seen him today, but that I should wait.
It’s 9:45 am and we still haven’t seen him. We tried calling him many times and he is not responding his phone.
I had to take time off work to make it to this appointment and I’ve waisted my morning.
Never coming back again.

Raul is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He employed thoughtful techniques to address my symptoms as they evolved each week. He is kind and has terrific manners and excellent character too! I would be going if I still lived in the area. Highly recommended.
