Brought in a pair of shoes that I had washed (oops) and damaged the backing of the shoe. Had taken it to another shoe shop right before and was told that it couldn't be fixed. Brought it to Mike's and the owner Gary quickly offered a solution and got to work on the shoe right away! A very simple and affordable fix!
Really appreciated the promptness and thorough explanation of my options for my particular shoe situation. Gary was very personable and efficient and I'd return here again!
