Dr. Fahringer was amazing! I could not be happier with the visit today… Very attentive, was not rushed , excellent bed side manners. Such a hidden gem in Culver City…. I highly recommend seeing her if you are due for an eye exam . Staff was great! ( that’s a plus)

Had the most amazing experience today! I was out running errands and thought I’d pop my head in to see if they took my insurance. Not only was it one they work with, they also just so happened to have an open slot right then for me. The new patient onboarding, eye exams, and consultations were a breeze and flowed like butter. Dr. Lam is such pleasure! I hadn’t had an eye exam for over 10 years and yet it was so easy to trust her expertise. The store is immaculate and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful from hello to goodbye. Five ++++ stars for all-around excellent customer service! Oh, and I also got some super cute glasses too. They have a terrific selection!

There’s a reason this shop is so highly rated. Very friendly and polite staff. Clear explanations. And their optometrist is really knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this branch.
