I was absolutely blown away when I walked into La Panache for the first time late last fall. I'll never forget seeing Teresa fixing things, because I was stunned to learn from my stylist, Lee, that I was watching the boss doing whatever it took to keep things going. It wasn't just that though, because there was also the haircut. It was a great first impression! Lee's been doing my hair on and off for the past 25 years, and when I heard she was moving over here, I didn't hesitate to follow. The first haircut in a new place was special. She brought me there, but it's the above and beyond, the maximum effort, that will keep me coming back.

I had been to other higher end salons, paid more, and always felt underwhelmed with my haircut when leaving the salon. I am sure many of you ladies out there know what I mean. Today at La Panache, Teresa just gave me the most satisfying haircut of my life. I have had long hair forever and wanted a complete new look because of a major breakup. I placed my trust in Teresa, and she worked her magic. She is so skilful, meticulous, and attentive. I love my new look. Even now coming back home after shampooing myself, and without any blowout. It still looks amazing. Thank you Teresa, you've made my day.
