I recently had a blowout at a regular salon and wasn’t happy with it, so made an appt at this location. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and my stylist made an effort to be clear on what I wanted. And she delivered! I loved my appointment and would come back again. There is an art to a blowout and it makes a difference to go to a salon that focuses on this skill.
It was a nice place but the only thing I wish was different was the service. The woman who did my hair was quiet and didn’t really explain the process well and I got charged for an “Add On” that I didn’t know would be an extra thing. Other than that, I liked the way my hair came out. I would return and ask more questions next time.
Shoutout to Martika, the assistant manager! I had an appt at 3rd street and was running late, so I called to let them know but no one answered. They then gave my appt away and were so incredibly unhelpful. I ran around town calling other salons to take me and on my way to my event I noticed there was a Drybar in Culver. I double parked, ran in, (they were closing shortly after) I desperately asked Martika to take me in and she did!!! And she also did a fantastic job. A great location with great staff. Highly recommend!!!
