Carmen at CPS turns what seems daunting into a walk in the park. The treatment is effective with a minimal time commitment. I highly recommend CPS, especially working with the clinician Carmen. She makes scheduling easy and the experience pain free.

I want to start by saying I really like the doctor I saw, Dr. Nguyen, but the administrative staff and the online portal make her services entirely inaccessible.The online portal you need to use for virtual visits seems like it was created in the year 2000 and hasn't been updated. It glitches more often than not and is almost unusable. My doctor had to send me a link to another video appointment on 2 occasions because it would not connect.The loops I have had to jump through to schedule appointments with the administrative staff is insane.
