I used this service in May 2025 and was shocked at how awful it was. Movers showed up for my full service move (1BD apartment) after stopping to pick up another customers items going into storage. The movers told me they were misinformed and thought my move was just a few items. They took 6+ hours and didn’t even pack all my items into boxes. Definitely a positive experience. Brian D and Everett were earlier than expected and did the job so quickly and during a heat wave at that. They were considerate with my things and Brian provided a lot of helpful info. He clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. We'll see what happens when I get my things back but my pickup experience couldn't have been smoother. Thank you for making a stressful experience seamless!
I enjoyed the ease of the process. I didnt have much to move so the two workers that were sent didnt have much work. Everything was done quickly and seamlessly. However, it seems a bit more expensive to have them move the items back ($200/per worker per hr) so I would suggest picking up the things yourself if feasible otherwise great service. Would definitely recommend
