I've been seeing Dr. B for about 13 years. He was referred to me for a car accident case initially but I was so impressed with his skills and knowledge that I have stayed with him ever since. I only go when I need a "tune up" which is getting to be more often as I get older, but he always has affordable packages and keeps up on new technologies to help us chronic sitters heal and maintain some semblance of posture despite years of bad habits.He is especially valuable when I tweak my neck or back and no pill or cream will help, he always gets the issue taken care of and I'm forever grateful.

Dr. Takahashi was very thorough with the initial exam. He took his time and looked at everything. He communicated throughout the exam of what he was seeing. This is my first time seeing a chiropractor and I was very impressed.

I had been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis and could barely walk when I first saw Dr. B. I had severe nerve pain down both my legs, and no PTs, specialists or surgeons helped me. Dr. B clearly explained his proposed method of treatment, and my part in it - it’s a team effort - and we went to work. It’s been six months and I am not only pain free but am back to playing tennis again! Dr. B, and his extensive knowledge of the body, has given me my life back. His adjustments are gentle but extremely effective. He knows what he is doing, and I am SO grateful. He really is the best.
