Equipment is old, dilapidated, and poorly maintained. Inside my locker it was completely covered by rust, and bathroom stalls were completely rusted. I quit the place after trying it once. However place takes insurance, and has 24 hour access.

Five stars. I'm just visiting the area, but this gym is part of the Trivity/Prime/Silver Sneakers, so I joined for my visit. This place is fantastic for moderate to advanced users. It seems like a friendly and welcoming environment, the young lady who signed me up was polite and friendly, and all of the other patrons I interacted were as kind and friendly as one would expect while in a workout. The only reason I am not encouraging a brand new person to jump right in here, is because this is a seasoned fitness center. They have some old equipment that is wicked cool (Nautilus Super Pullover), but old. Yellowed. Plates are of several varieties, dumbbells are abused. This is NOT a negative, it's like a well used hammer. The variety of weights are all sorted and organized. The place has a weird layout. Three rooms for exercise, a hallway with some reverse escalators, a basketball court (?!?!?!), raquet ball, but organized, clean. The rule wall shows their rules are for the greater good, there isn't a lug alarm here. I think I'm only going to have one more lift here before September 2027, but I am delighted to have experienced this. Sorry about the photos, I don't want my picture taken at the gym, so I tried to make sure I didn't take pictures of the other patrons.

I like to go for 10 mile runs and put in some serious sweat. But because my sweat stinks. I've been asked to leave and find another gym. I shower twice a day. Once after work & once more after my workout. As well as bring a gym bag with hygiene products & a change of clothes. Show me someone who smells like roses after a 10 mile run lol... am I supposed to workout without breaking a sweat. Furthermore I was never giving the chance to correct anything

This is not a true 24hour gym. Locker room, sauna, showers, and fitness room are closed 630pm-530am. They even close on big gym days like New Year's Day. A lot of members I spoke with agree this is not worth it. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

We are visiting Crescent City from out of town and were looking for a place to work out. This place met our needs. TIt is definantly an older facility, but the employees do a great job keeping things clean and organized.
