I was trying to get my ears pierced because my original piercings are 40 years old. I called around and gotten a recommendation for this place, specifically that the owner Jeremy was skillful caring very talented had a beautiful place that has a great vibe. I was able to book my appointment online. I showed up the next day on time met Jeremy ( the owner he's charming , a very cool figure dressed very dapper ) he welcomed me in, I admired the look of the place, it has a fantastic epoxy floor that resembles a river. The owner is a very sweet and friendly guy who stayed past close to squeeze me in for a black out band and a redwood tree tattoo. The results were awesome and I loved the atmosphere and conversation. He even threw in a free can of aftercare ointment.
Me and my wife walked in with no appointment and Jeremy was able to squeeze us in, and I'm so glad he did! We both loved the work he did. Clean lines, creative drawings, and timely too. He was super professional, patient, accommodating and kind. The whole shop had a great attitude and it made the whole experience super enjoyable. We will 100% come back for any further work.
