Used to come here all the time. Called about a week and a half ago to make my first appointment in over a year. The receptionist took my name and insurance information and told me it would be $26 at my appointment which was today. I get there, and the first thing off was the receptionist did not acknowledge me or seem to notice I was there signing the sign in page until I put the pen back. Then they couldn't find the information to bill my insurance, the insurance they checked on a week and a half ago. My coverage includes in and out of network visits at the same cost, but because they couldn't find whatever it was they needed to verify, they said I would either need to pay cash which was over $100 or come back another time. Not the service you want when you have neck and back pain. I left without service and will not be returning.

I have used Dr Cole exclusively over the years as his treatment for my various back issues were resolved in a proffessional manner using real chiropractic methods and not the over the top treatments others use. I agree with others he does listen and knows exactly what the issues are. I trust Dr Cole and feel very comfortable with his services to set my back into good health again.

As someone who sees Dr. Cole at a different office, I wanted to take a moment to leave a review here to express just how amazing he is. Dr. Cole is truly attentive and takes the time to listen to his patients, which is a vast difference from most medical providers in this county. He is an exceptional chiropractor, and I highly recommend him, whether you see him at Cole Chiropractic or Stallant Health.

Don't waste your time coming here if you end up speaking to a person named Evelyn. Rude, condescending and doesn't know how to speak to people. I can't understand why she'd have an attitude towards someone who's willing to use their health insurance, when they ACCEPT health insurance. Pathetic! GET RID OF HER ASAP!!!

I didn't visit them because I wasn't impressed with their service model. I had read their website which seemed appropriate for the community...a practice designed for those inexperienced with chiropractic care. I'm a long time user of chiropractic care but I don't live locally and my foot has a bone out of alignment causing me difficulty walking comfortably. They wouldn't make an exception to help me AND told me even if they would they are booked out until January. I asked for the name of another provider who had a different model and they told me that giving me that information would be unethical.The more I think about it, the more I think it's unethical to be so rigid that you can't help people get the service they need when they need it.
