Forgot to put my chicken in my bag and person on the phone said i can talk to someone but nothing is guaranteed. I paid money i work for yall to not just give me my chicken like come on bro. Not cool i only come here because its close but if thats how management is yall suck..... went back to pick it up snd the cashier said i forgot it. How do i forget it if its not in the bag take accountability not coming back.

This review is to complain, I usually don't I just let it go but I can't stand it anymore. Every time I go to this vons I get screwed in some way and I either make it home and get gripped out by the wife for allowing myself to get screwed or if I catch it I have to go back to the cashier and get something fixed. And it's always in vons favor. Tonight I bought the buy 2 get 3 free cokes And there was another coupon that said if I buy any 12 pack coke product I would get a free body armor drink free great! So I get up to check out and the cashier says I cannot get the free drink unless I buy another 12 pack of Coke product. Their coupon says nothing about that never the less I tell her I do not want the drink. And she charges me for it anyway. Being I don't want the wrath at home I double check my recipt before I get out of the store So I have to go back to the cashier and I told her you charged me for the drink She said oh I forgot to void the sale. And puts the money back on my card. All is good but it still sticks in my craw Why every single time I go to this Vons do I have an issue every single time!!! Please folks please please please check your receipts before you leave this store. If I'm getting issues every single time I shop there then others are having it happen too but we trust the person and the computer. You work way too hard for your money.

I'll be honest, I am not a regular shopper of Vons. Not because I do not like the market. It simply that I have numerous markets closer to my home. I will add that I have visited this specific store twice and I was impressed with the cleanness of the store and impressed by how well stocked this store was on both of my visits. The female employee i encountered during both of my visits was very friendly and professional and assisted me to locate exactly what I needed.
