As a new customer, I was greeted at the door and assisted to be seated in a salon chair. Both Elida, the Hair Stylist, and Kim, the Manicurist, were very friendly. They provided excellent hair color, styling, manicure and pedicure services. An appointment is required, as these ladies are professionals, and have many clients. The House of Richard is closed on Sunday and Monday. I have set future appointments with both Elida and Kim. A Free parking lot is right outside the front door off of 2nd Avenue in Covina, California.

Very friendly service. Must make appointments for hair or mani-pedis ahead of time. Also, they have professional hair products available to buy. Full cuts, trims for men & women with each of independent stylist. Also, color, perms, & a fresh new look for those who are looking to change things up. I just get a cut myself about once month, but for a woman, a mani-pedi & style is the ticket. My wife & daughter get that usually whenever they come in. Just ask for Kim to coordinate a mani-pedi appointment with a hairstylist to get them both done one after the other. Kim, the mani-pedi specialist is very good at what she does.
