Last week I awoke to a nail in my tire. I purchased my tires from them, so they serviced my tires with no charge. I had a funeral to attend and the last thing I needed was this. I was a mess and I thank God for the older gentleman who assisted me. I don't even know if I thanked him for making me a priority through all my sobbing. So, from the bottom of my heart I am so grateful for you kindness and understanding!!! THANK YOU!!!
I was in the area on my way to physical therapy and the rental I am using got a flat tire! I stopped in and spoke to the manager Rene and he patched up my tire and didn't charge me! I was so gracious and told him I will make sure the rental place I got the car from would reimburse him for doing such a amazing job! They were quick and efficient! Definitely coming back! I called this company for a quote s/w Jessie .I explain to him our daughter need to buys two new tires. He quote is on Goodyear tires .Good price for us but my daughter little to high. He offer us Kumho tires better price . Well my husband say better price we get 4 tires for that good price. So we went to see them Friday morning. Ask for Jessie. He was very attentive to us . He told us we called when it done . We went to eat breakfast. About 1 hour car was ready. Jessie show my husband all the tire. H say tires are worn down more. Because maybe bad struts .also told my husband it still under warranty with the dealership.Great service and outstanding customer service. Thank you Jessie
