Horrible service. Sent in my paper work over a month ago and was told I would get a call back and never did. Last day to file taxes and still no one reached out. Tried calling they had me on hold then hung up on me and did not answer my call afterward. Please don't waste your time with this unprofessional place.
A real mess, disorganization this year, 2023! Mrs. Romilda is something apart because she does everything differently but her assistants do everything rushing everything was very good and different 3 years ago it was Mrs. Romilda who did the taxes. A real disaster this year. In the end you end up talking to people whose entire voice shows the frustration they have due to the poor communication and disorder that exists between assistants, I suppose, and the people who answer the phone.
