We added new shutters, a new kitchen blind and laminate flooring in our bedrooms. The products were exceptional! The installations were performed by polite, neat, professionals. The carpet and wood flooring looks outstanding. Rick’s support during the selection and purchase process was invaluable. He is so knowledgeable and just a nice person. The installers worked constantly and were very clean. And the staff in the store are really pleasant and helpful. Very happy with my entire experience!

I have had the pleasure of interacting with Rick Conti of Quality Craft Floor Coverings in 2023 for a construction defect in my orthodontic practice. Even though Rick did not do the work, as we ended up needing a moisture remediation company for the problem, Rick was accountable, reliable, had excellent communication and suggestions, and was so helpful. He even came back out to give advice on a subsequent question we had. It is tricky to find people with high intergrity that you can count on. Based on my interactions with Rick, I would highly recommend his business, and am thankful for the time he spent to help move my project along.
