The BEST post op lymphatic massage l've received among providers and the results are very noticeable. She is an expert in her field and educates you along the way. I had about 8 massages from her already and I'll be booking more on-going massages going forward. Her office is very clean and she had tons of other treatments she does. 10/10 recommend!

I started going to Lydia 6 weeks after shoulder surgery due to a fall. She recommended the lymphatic drainage massage as I was still very swollen. OMG, I have never felt so good after a massage. During the days following the massage my body was releasing all of the retained fluid and my shoulder had not felt that good since before my accident. She is truly amazing!!! Lydia is very kind and knowledgeable and she made me feel so comfortable from the very first appointment. I feel like I have known her forever. Thank you Lydia.
