08/13/25 I got back my Alienware 17R3 and it is working like new!!!! Thank you James and I highly recommend FixLab. James answered all my questions and fix the problem when others could not. He also help power my system to its potential with Ram recommendations!!! You are the best!

FANTASTIC PLACE!!! I don't normally do reviews but this time I just have to. I took my PS5 in since the fan connector broke off the motherboard and Ishmael was able to fix it in just a couple hours! For such a low price too! He did a VERY thorough cleaning of everything, even the liquid metal. Gave me 6 months warranty too. He was very polite and humorous and respectful, give this man a raise or something! 10000/10 highly recommend if you need something fixed/repaired. Love these guys, will definitely be coming back whenever I need to. Thanks again for all your hard work!
