She has an impressive understanding of how the muscles work in coordination and has an incredible diversity of techniques that she uses to help you work out issues in your body.
She also gives helpful recommendations on how to stretch, breathe, and take care of your body between sessions to help maintain your body.
She's also incredibly down to earth and easy to talk to. I can't recommend her highly enough~

Honestly, I have always been afraid of salons. I had never had a good experience before. For my daughter's birthday, she wanted a specific haircut, but didn't officially gather her courage until the evening. I was super worried because I didn't think there was anyway I'd find somewhere that would take her without an appointment by that point. We failed a few locations before finding Beleza.
