I call Louis to see about a new slider screen. Ace Hardware said it couldn't be fixed and wanted to charge me an outrageous amount for a new one.
I reached out to them to see how much a new door would run? He asked if I still had my old door? Which I did.
Long story short he could have sold me a new screen door however he fixed my old one better and stronger than a factory door for the fraction of the price of a new door.
These guy's are the best!! Professional, good craftsmanship, polite and well priced.

Excellent customer service and professionalism! Louis was very helpful in helping me with on how to measure my windows and the right way to install them. Took his time in throughly answering my questions and was very patient. I called 5-6 other screen companies in my area and this was not just the most affordable one, but also provided me with high quality screens!

I want to thank Louis for his professional work. His prices are great and I go out of the way and in the opposite direction to order screens from him instead of another screen company that is local and much closer because his prices are better and he does a higher quality job. I had problems with ordering from a different company with screens being bowed and slightly crooked and another place saying they need 2 weeks to make 8 screens which baffled me and I figured they were overbooked because it shouldn't take that long but I haven't had any problems with Covina Screen.
