RUDE!!! . Called for an estimate and he just hung up after i said it was a little pricey. he wanted to charge $19.00 for the service. $150.00 to make key and $150.00 to change the whole lock.
When I called to have them come out, they agreed & said they would that day. 10 minutes later, he calls me back & says he can’t come today. Only next day or Sunday. I told him I needed someone today, He then said No! Only tomorrow or Sunday! I cancelled & was VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THOS SERVICE! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I called to ask if they can cut a key at location. And they wanted to send a tech to me.
When I mentioned all I need is simple key cutting. She hanged up .
They need to learn some respect and customer service.
