Apex helped me get back into a workout routine. Due to work I had to do the 5am classes, I was afraid I was going to not be able to wake up, but after the first session I was hooked!! Perla is awesome, she is very good at pushing and modifying when needed. She won’t let you slack off. It is a good push though. Their motto is “It’s doable” and as hard as it is, it is doable. Love you Perla!!

After years of traditional weight lifting I decided to add something different and found Apex through the Active and Fit benefit from work. After a short trial period I was hooked. The owners Elder and Perla truly care about their members and actively work with and push them compared to the more commercial boot camps I tried. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym in the area and especially if you have Active and Fit!
