We were at wit’s end. Airbnb guests were arriving in two days and we started up new hot tub to get it up to temperature. But jets didn’t come on and no hot water! We called Derek, who was about to get on a plane but took the call, and he gave us Nate’s number to get immediate help. Nate worked with us remotely to assess the problem, then stayed after closing time so we could drive in, get parts, and get a tutorial about what to do. We drove back, still had problems, and he stayed on the phone again till further corrections were made. Success! Jets! Hot water! Happy Airbnb guests!

Spa Express was quick to quote me fair and transparent pricing for Nordic tubs, and quick to get me in the manufacturing queue. They work with an excellent delivery partner and offer a white glove setup/introduction session. I was really impressed at their cost savings over other distributors in the bay area - value pricing and fast turnaround!
Now to enjoy my new tub... 21 jets! :)
It’s taken me 8 years to FINALLY post my review because I very rarely post. This is special though, I bought my hot tub from Spa Express 8 years ago and almost a year later I asked them to service my tub every other week. Derek and his team are outstanding. I am partially disabled and they have been really good to me. Making sure my tub is always running at its best, making sure the water is in good condition and balanced correctly as well as all components are in great working order. At my last service Taylor noticed a screw loose on my cover lifter and she made sure everything was tightened up and safe. Exactly the company I need in my life.
