I had some service work done at my home recently. I was notified by Monarch when and who the main worker was. Tyler was very professional, explained the work he was doing, drew diagrams, and took before and after pictures of all the work that was completed. He was at my home for 16 hours and said the company wanted the work completed that day. Working in over 100 degrees (internal attic temperatures), he and his partner completed phase I. I asked him to send me pictures so I have proof of the work that was completed for my home records. They were sent to me that evening. GREAT WORK to Tyler and his partner. I can't say enough positive things about Smart72 HVAC. They are one of the best HVAC companies I have ever worked with and as a facilities manager for a multi-site statewide company, I have worked with MANY. I was replacing TWO ancient furnaces and adding A/C into a duplex and the cost estimates I received from multiple vendors came in very high. After seeing Smart72 at the County Fair, I decided to give them a shot and I am so glad that I did. The ENTIRE crew from start to finish were spectacular. I can't say enough positive things about Smart72 HVAC.
