“This is a great company. I was tasked with getting quotes for some lighting work at my office. They sent over a guy who was professional, very efficient in not taking up too much time. Showed up when he said he would, made notes of the areas of concern both inside and outside the building. Delivered a quote within 36 hours. Unfortunately the person who makes the call went with someone else (that was not punctual, efficient or friendly). I feel that the work would have been done a lot sooner from the time it was quoted- to work actually done if we had gone with MB. I was also told that if there was an issue they would make it right. I do not get that from the person who ended up doing the work as they didn't even come in a work truck or have a business card. From the little banter back and forth during the quote they are a local business, been around for decades and do a lot of commercial work but have HOA's they service.“
