We are so pleased with the Arvin from the Cotati branch- he is smart, willing to take time to problem solve, and most importantly, exceptionally responsive. He provides our bimonthly service, but comes in between at no extra charge when I spot bee’s flying in my gazebo or see even one little cricket! Thanks Arvin for your dedication to keeping our home pest free!
AIPM was a really good experience to work with from their Receptionist through to their Technician. Michael their Technician was especially wonderful. He was great with communicating with me, and was also very conscientious, kind, dependable, and a pleasure to work with while he was ridding my home of wasps/wasps nest, and then caulking it to prevent future infestations.
AMAZING service produced by Arvin for wasp nest removal. He’s kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about wasps. The best part is how honest their service is and they don’t overcharge. I highly recommend this business.
