Excellent service by Wintech team. I bought my first chair from them about 6 months ago and am super satisfied with it. I have ordered another 2 chairs for my kids for their home schooling and they are very comfortable with the chairs too. If you are planning to sit longer hours, i would recommend you go for chairs with lumbar and neck support. There are varieties of options to choose from their product catalogue. There was a minor issue with one of the chair arms and the team was pretty quick in sending over an engineer to get it fixed the next day. I would highly recommend their products and services.
