Wellness by Design Physical Therapy

Never been treated so horribly by any business as a new customer. They literally cancelled my appointment while I was in the waiting room filling out the paperwork they provided because I was “late” but within the grace period they told me about when I walked in the door. A total bait and switch. BEWARE unless you are happy being treated like you are wasting their time by being their client.

Dr LaLonde and his Staff are really awesome, I have been a Patient for a long time, I actually enjoy Drs visits, Dr Lalonde is extremely competent , knowledgeable and compassionate, yet he has a great sense of humor!

If I could give Newport Medical and Wellness 100 stars, I would! At first, I was just a patient of Doctor John LaLonde's. He is a VERY thorough doctor and thanks to him, I caught breast cancer early enough to make it through treatment alive. I cannot thank him enough for this. He has the best bedside manor of any doctor and is extremely knowledgeable. After my cancer treatment, I started seeing Rashna for physical therapy and recovery. She has gotten me totally out of pain and her care has been life changing. I HIGHLY recommend Newport Medical and Wellness for anyone who has healthcare or physical therapy needs. They are the absolute best!!!! Thank you!!!!
