I came here without reading any of the reviews and thought I’d give the eyebrow and upper lip service here a chance. I had the pleasure of meeting Anju and she threaded my eyebrows perfectly. She was very delightful and provided excellent service. They accept walk-ins, their pricing is great, and they keep the salon very clean and pretty. Will be coming back!Service: Eyebrow threading

Writing this review because of the great customer service provided to us by Sonali. We called ten minutes before closing and she was kind enough to wait for us. She did a pretty good job at cleaning my boyfriends brows and offered to shape/soften them but we declined since I thought his natural shape looked nice.

I would go to Nanu's on 17th Street for my threading but they recently closed :,( so I visited another threading salon further down 17th Street but I did not like their poor customer service. I needed my eyebrows done and was heading over to Home Depot and looked for a threading lounge en route. Thankfully I checked Google's reviews rather than Yelp's because otherwise I would have stayed away! I arrived at 2 PM sharp and there was a handwritten note that they were away for lunch until 2:30 PM. I was irritated but desperate so I just walked around the shopping center.
