The Steam Master team is friendly, prompt, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned one room of wall to wall carpeting, an area rug, and four large pieces of upholstered furniture for me with stellar results. Everything looked like new! Pickup and delivery was smooth. Turnaround was fast. Results were all I could have asked for. Price was very reasonable. And on top of that, they were a pleasure to meet and work with. I will never call anyone else for carpet or furniture cleaning again. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I received a prompt call back, a very reasonable quote if I need their services going forward, and they went the extra mile by giving me some advice on additional cleaning steps I can take at home if needed.
